Refund policy


Thankyou for shopping at That Sweet Place.

Although we aim for 100% satisfaction with your order we do understand that sometimes you may not be happy with your purchase.


We don’t offer refunds on personalised/custom products. 


In order for goods to be eligible for return, items must have been purchased in the last 14 days and be in their original packaging, please ensure that the following does not apply; 

The following goods can’t be returned:


    •    Custom Pick N Mix made to your specific requirements, personalised goods and all pre-prepared Pick & Mix products.    

 •    Goods that have been damaged, have deteriorated or where the date has expired. 


    •    Due to health protection or hygiene reasons we are unable to accept goods that are opened or unsealed after delivery.


    •    The item returned is not as it was sold, for example, items missing.



Only standard priced items may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
It is vital you keep all internal and external packaging if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We can not refund any items without photo evidence of any damage and of your physical invoice.

Returning Goods


You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, we recommend an insured and tracked service. We are unable to issue a refund until we have received the delivery.

Please return in original packaging still sealed with invoice/order slip.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this includes a packing error where you are missing items from your order. You will only be refunded for the missing items and not for the whole order.


Refunds

That Sweet Place should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order of anything that is missing or unsatisfactory.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be made within 3 working days. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for your refund to be processed by the payment processer.

Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method used to place the order..

We will not refund your initial postage fee unless we are at fault for the return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
