Delivery Information
We aim to process orders in 1 - 4 days, normally orders are processed in 1 - 2 days unless we are extremely busy, please allow additional time for delivery from the courier. We do not post on public holidays and weekends to avoid your order sitting in the mailing centre for extended periods.

We deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales via Royal Mail Evri or Yodal
Delivery to Northern Ireland is via Royal Mail Evri or Yodal
Orders are handed to our courier (Monday – Friday).
Standard delivery costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. The cost of shipping for your order will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
The courier services used for UK mainland deliveries is Royal Mail or Evri or Yodal.
Tracking details will be provided to you after purchase, you can find them in your order details page if you created an account and were logged in when you placed the order. If you didn’t create an account, please contact us and we’ll send you the tracking details directly.
If any parcel that has been left in a safe place chosen by you, have been stolen this is not our responsibility.
We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address.
We are not liable for damaged parcels.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the carrier directly and email us to confirm this so that we can sort out a claim for you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos detailing the damage upon arrival. If the parcel is extremely damaged then please decline the delivery and contact us.
